Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned culinary expert to lead our food and beverage division. As the Executive Head of Culinary Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our annual business plan, ensuring alignment with hotel targets and driving sustainable growth.

You will lead the design and operational strategy of our restaurants and bars, collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure exposure and social media engagement. Your expertise in cost control and efficiency will drive results and maintain high standards of operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute innovative promotional events
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to refresh menu offerings and drive guest satisfaction
  • Liaise with outlet management to improve service and product efficiency
  • Conduct regular hygiene audits and develop the Annual Department Business Plan and Financial Budget
