Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sous Chef to join our team as Executive Head of Culinary Operations, driving the development and implementation of menus, managing kitchen operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain updated menu offerings in collaboration with the Head Chef, ensuring quality and accuracy of dishes prepared and sold.
  • Oversee kitchen stock management, verifying all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance.
  • Closely work with the company's Head Chef on supply ordering, maintaining costs, kitchen efficiency & staffing.
  • Ensure all food preparation and presentation adhere to recipes and SOP guidelines, meeting brand appearance/quality standards.
  • Actively address guest problems and complaints.
  • Train new kitchen employees to restaurant and kitchen standards, focusing on informal coaching and mentoring opportunities.
  • Maintain proper purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality levels of receiving, storage, production, and presentation of food.
  • Ensure all equipment in the kitchen is properly maintained and in working order in accordance with SFA standards, promptly reporting any issues to the management team.
  • Assist the company in expansion plans.
