Role Overview

As a key member of our culinary team at IET PTE. LTD., the Culinary Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities. This includes supervising the teacher's preparation room and two kitchens, receiving and checking food orders from suppliers, and preparing ingredients for culinary lessons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities to maintain high standards of food and kitchen safety.
  • Ensure timely receipt and checking of food orders from suppliers.
  • Prepare ingredients for culinary lessons and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct inventory and stock-taking of resources and ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the preparation room and kitchens.
  • Assist NFS teachers during culinary sessions and perform other duties assigned by NFS teachers.

Requirements
  • Independent and team-oriented individual with a minimum qualification of PSLE.
  • Confident in English communication and basic mathematical skills for recipes.
  • Basic culinary skills and 3+ years of experience as a kitchen assistant in FCE/NFS (preferred).
