Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at AVANT FINE FOODS PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering department, ensuring the highest quality of food and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement strict adherence to health and hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Supervise the plating and presentation of food items according to established standards and recipes.
  • Oversee the receiving of deliveries and inspect all incoming items to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Monitor food quality during the cooking process to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Implement portion control measures and monitor waste to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management and culinary team members to design food and drinks menus.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to enhance the kitchen's performance and elevate dining experience.
  • Schedule staff shifts and coordinate kitchen operations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff.
  • Assist menu planning and development.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of Catering Experience.
  • Has large scale catering experience.
  • Creative ways of creating food.
