About This Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Marriott International. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring that all food-related functions are executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culinary Standards and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culinary standards to ensure exceptional quality and presentation of food products.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Culinary Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Culinary Operations
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Develop and implement menu planning and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among team members.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a proven track record of leadership and management. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
