Hotel Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at WORLDWIDE HOTELS MANAGEMENT (V) PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for executing all duties related to the hotel's front office operations, including registration of guests during check-in, checking/verifying guests particulars, updating of room status, departure calls/checks etc.
Cashiering duties will also be performed, including computing and collecting applicable rates from guests, as well as trial balance and shift closing.
The Front Desk Manager will be the main point of contact for guests, answering inquiries by email/phone/at the counter and rendering reasonable assistance/services within the expectations of excellent hospitality standards.
Additionally, the role may involve executing room checks, reservations and public area checks, as part of the hotel's effort to offer staff more holistic training towards possible promotion.
Requirements- Minimum Secondary Education
- Minimum 3 years of hotel front office working experiences preferred. Candidates with no related experience will also be considered as on-the-job training will be provided
- Able to speak and understand English
- Willing to work 10 hours rotating shift & assigned to our designated hotel branch at Kitchener Road.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Comfortable to work during weekends and public holidays.
- Singaporeans only.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
