Job Description: As a Hotel Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes checking-in and checking-out of hotel guests, handling reception duties, and ensuring that all telephone calls are handled promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to all hotel guests.
• Ensure prompt handling of telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Be familiar with room types and rates, and up-sell whenever possible.
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to hotel standards.
• Take ownership of problems and handle guest complaints professionally.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
• Relevant work experience will be considered.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with the Opera system.
Salary: SGD 25,000 - 35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
