About the Role

Hotel Royal Limited is seeking a skilled Guest Relations Officer to join our team at the front desk. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests and contribute to a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Job Description
  • Attend to guest inquiries, complaints, and follow up on issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed, providing accurate information and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel amenities, and answer questions about hotel facilities and services.
  • Monitor lobby elevators, doors, and entrance to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Support the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in preparing guest invoices.
  • Coordinate with bellhops and doormen to facilitate smooth luggage transfer during guest check-out.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements
  • Possess a Certificate in Hotel Accommodation from SHATEC or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office role.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a strong work attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $3,500 - $4,200 per month
