Customer Service Representative for Hotel Front Desk Operations

Hotel Royal Limited is seeking a skilled Guest Relations Officer to join our team at the front desk. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests and contribute to a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Job Description- Attend to guest inquiries, complaints, and follow up on issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed, providing accurate information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel amenities, and answer questions about hotel facilities and services.
- Monitor lobby elevators, doors, and entrance to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
- Support the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in preparing guest invoices.
- Coordinate with bellhops and doormen to facilitate smooth luggage transfer during guest check-out.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
- Possess a Certificate in Hotel Accommodation from SHATEC or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office role.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a strong work attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
