Job Title: Hotel Front Desk ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at Village Hotel Changi. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest relations.
  • Supervise a team of front desk staff, ensuring that they provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations.
  • Ensure that all front desk operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • A minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
  • Relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
