About the Role
At Momentus Hotel Alexandra, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Bell Captain to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. This includes greeting and checking in guests, handling room requests and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. The Bell Captain will also be responsible for receiving and processing guest luggage, maintaining the cleanliness of the luggage room, and adhering to our hotel's standard operating procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.

We're looking for someone who has product knowledge, particularly in front office operations. They should also be able to work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and possess good vigilance and customer service skills. Additional training in safety and hospitality would be an asset.
