Job Title: Client Onboarding Reviewer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Reviewer to join our team at GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients meet the necessary regulatory requirements for onboarding and post-onboarding modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence searches and account opening documentation checks to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
  • Present findings to senior management for approval and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate financial crime risk issues and provide compliance advice on new regulations and business developments.
  • Support the Team Lead in overseeing the resolution of compliance-owned management action plans for audits and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Client Onboarding documentation in Private Banking space.
  • Good understanding of AML/CFT regulations and requirements in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with productivity software such as Jira, SharePoint, and Tableau.
  • Ability to employ data analytics to enhance compliance processes.
