Client Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated front-to-back support to clients throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with client advisors to understand client profiles, assess documentation requirements, and capture necessary inputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving business requirements and apply relevant rules when validating onboarding documentation, triggering necessary reviews, and executing corresponding system updates.
  • Identify and highlight potential risks or issues, and lead discussions with relevant business functions to address and resolve in line with regulations and internal policies.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvements to streamline the operational process and optimize the client journey.
  • Utilize strong planning and time management/prioritization skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Process-oriented with a strong risk and control mindset and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Sound judgement, attention to detail, and accuracy, with the ability to follow-through and effectively deliver on competing priorities in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
  • A university degree experience in roles of a similar capacity.
  • A dedicated team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to diligently follow up and follow through on deliverables.
