Client Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage corporate and institutional client applications in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct regular reviews and due diligence on clients to ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations
- Enter and enrich client data, as well as upload relevant documentation into our system
- Identify and resolve client application issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Collaborate with the team to improve the onboarding process and enhance client experience
Requirements
- Relevant degree and experience in financial institution or corporate onboarding is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude
- Ability to understand and apply legal and compliance procedures
- Previous client-facing experience is an asset
