We're currently seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as Client Onboarding Operations Specialist, based in Singapore. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in client onboarding and operations to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions.
  • Focus on delivering superior customer service and resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Perform daily management of the account opening and maintenance processing, including daily management of in-process, pended, and service-related activities.
  • Undertake various types of project management in the account services space, and manage cross-functional relationships with all teams.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to customers through meeting or exceeding customer expectations guided by service level agreements and efficiency/accuracy standards.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in client onboarding focusing on account opening documentation review and static data setup.
  • Fresh graduates/Candidates with less experience may be considered for junior roles.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player, but also able to work independently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk environment.
  • Capable of multitasking and eager to learn multiple products in a challenging environment.
  • Fast learner, strong attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in handling urgent and escalation cases and managing client and internal team expectations.
