Officer, Client Onboarding Operations Specialist

Citi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Officer, Client Onboarding Operations Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Client Onboarding Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Set up and maintain client data in our systems to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage day-to-day account maintenance processes, including volume allocation, day-end checks, and updates to internal processes and checklists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- 4-6 years of experience in Client Onboarding or Client Data Maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn multiple products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
