Officer/AVP, Client Onboarding Operations Analyst

Citi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Officer/AVP, Client Onboarding Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Client Onboarding Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the review and processing of client onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client onboarding issues and ensure timely completion of onboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding experience.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance client onboarding efficiency and quality.
- 4-6 years of experience in client onboarding or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with ability to learn new systems and technologies.
