Key Responsibilities- Review and set up documentation for client accounts, demonstrating high levels of diligence, motivation, and organizational skills.
- Focus on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, delivering superior customer service and resolving customer issues.
- Manage day-to-day account opening and maintenance processing, ensuring account opening requirements are clearly defined to support all scenarios.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service to customers.
- Maintain a strong culture of risk and controls in the team, ensuring daily deliverables and developing knowledge of the broader context.
- 6-8 years of experience in Client Onboarding, focusing on account opening and maintenance documentation review and static data setup.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a team.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, pro-active team player, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk environment.
- Capable of multitasking and eager to learn multiple products in a challenging environment.
- Proficient in handling urgent and escalation cases, managing client and internal team expectations, and proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken).
