We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our sales team as the Regional Business Development Manager for the ASEAN market. This position will report to the Digital Industries ASEAN head and will be based in Singapore.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage channel business growth by overseeing partners' target achievements, including target setting, business reviews, and sales strategies.
  • Implement and oversee partner networks and programs to support effective business collaborations.
  • Create initiatives to facilitate the entry of local channel partners into key markets.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to manage complexities or conflicts and ensure awareness of product elements.
  • Maintain professional integrity, drive policy compliance, and uphold core internal and customer processes for effective role execution.

Requirements

  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Possessing a minimum of 5 years in similar field.
  • Demonstrating the ability to effectively manage Digital Industries portfolio sales through a channel partner model.
  • Exhibiting strong business acumen for managing forecasts and achieving targets.
  • Managing channel partners and addressing customer demands.
  • Displaying excellent strategic skills, conflict management, and issue analysis capabilities.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including presales, sales, marketing, technical, finance, and supply chain.
