The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations
- Process guest check-ins and room assignments in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- Provide assistance with luggage, safety boxes, and additional guest room keys
- Collect payment and process credit card transactions
- Customer Service
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Team Management
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Monitor and maintain front desk performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Administrative Tasks
- Perform night audits and prepare necessary reports
- Manage guest loyalty programs and ensure accurate tracking of member benefits
Requirements
- Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk software
