Front Office Liaison

Mass Power Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional Front Office Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a superb customer service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake front office duties, including meeting and greeting guests, and attending to their needs.
  • Administer all routes of reservations to ensure accurate room bookings.
  • Ensure room keys are distributed to guests assigned to the respective rooms.
  • Familiarize yourself with the categories, position, capacity, and furnishing of every room on the premises.
  • Build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly.
  • Responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and billing processes.
  • Undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing, and switchboard.
  • Furnish information regarding hotel layout, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing mails and messages for guests.
  • Ensure the Reception Counter is manned at all times.
  • Answers all incoming calls within 3 rings.
  • Assist in keeping the Reception Counter area clean and tidy.
  • Consult and report to Supervisor on unusual occurrences.

Requirements:
  • GCE O level or Diploma with 2 years hotel front office working experience.
  • Candidate must be able to perform shift works.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Working location at Orchard Area.
