Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at BODESIGN PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries regarding products and services. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think in a swift and strategic manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions
  • Liaise with sales, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of customer products
  • Resolve customer complaints and propose solutions
  • Handle clerical tasks such as processing work orders and delivery tracking
  • Manage site visits and rectification of scheduling
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Experience in interior design and/or furniture industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good reading and writing language skills
  • Team player with adaptability
