Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative at BODESIGN PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries regarding products and services. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think in a swift and strategic manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions
- Liaise with sales, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of customer products
- Resolve customer complaints and propose solutions
- Handle clerical tasks such as processing work orders and delivery tracking
- Manage site visits and rectification of scheduling
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Experience in interior design and/or furniture industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good reading and writing language skills
- Team player with adaptability
