Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for customers at the facility
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements.
  • Manage booking schedules
