Job Description

This role is part of our Business Transformation Services (BTS) team, which provides transformation consulting, enterprise architecture guidance, and change management advisory services from SAP. As a Business Transformation and Customer Services specialist, you will work with strategic customers and partners to achieve simplified Best-Run Business capability. You will help accelerate business value realization out of SAP and other IT investments by leveraging customer insights and tool-based approaches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary study in a relevant field.
  • You have 0-3 years' work experience with customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, are resourceful, and a self-starter who is eager to learn.
  • You have a basic understanding of the mutual interdependencies between business and IT aspects of customers' transformation programs.
  • You have general knowledge of the latest trends in information technology, preferably SAP Cloud solutions and services, and their relevance for customers' business.
