Customer Service Specialist

At DESTINY CONSULTANT PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering consultation enquiries via phone, email, and text, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Coordinate and follow up with customers and partners to maintain strong relationships.
- Process consultation orders, payments, and prepare contracts and necessary documents.
- Provide back-end support and coordination with the Customer Support, Operations, and Business Development teams.
- Maintain clients' documents, contracts, and records in accordance with PDPA guidelines.
- Conduct screening checks on new and existing customers.
- Provide administrative support where required.
