Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at INTMEDIA PTE. LTD. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide prompt and professional customer service via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively recommend solutions to customers.

Requirements

- 1+ year of customer service experience in a similar industry or role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
