Job Title: Senior Executive, Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive, Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing vehicle-related data to prepare statistics reports and handling requests and feedback from internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and meaningful statistics to stakeholders for business process enhancement, policy-making, and publications/reports.
  • Leverage digital tools to manage data and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, Business, or Information Systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite and data management/presentation tools.
  • Meticulous, accurate, and possess strong analytical and effective communication skills.
  • Self-directed learner with passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
