We are the leading baking & cake specialist in Singapore and we are looking for an ambitious, creative, passionate and driven Customer Service / Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Present and negotiate proposals, closing deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service from enquiries, delivery to post sales feedbacks & follow up
- Prepare quotations & invoices for customers
- Keep track & follow up with customers on outstanding payments
- Prepare weekly sales reports to be submitted timely to management
- Any other taskings assigned by the Management

- Independent, hardworking & highly responsible individual with a great sense of urgency
- Extremely passionate & highly driven with strong ability to self motivate
- Able to commmuniate well with people from all walks of life
