As a Customer Service Administrative Support Specialist at AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, directing them to the self-help kiosk for queue tickets.
- Verify customer transactions and appointment times, providing necessary assistance.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Address basic inquiries from customers.
- Support the Customer Service Center operations.
- Ensure timely collection and processing of documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding documents collection.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service/administrative functions
- Proficient in MS Office
