Job Description:

As a Customer Service Administrative Support Specialist at AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers, directing them to the self-help kiosk for queue tickets.
  • Verify customer transactions and appointment times, providing necessary assistance.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Address basic inquiries from customers.
  • Support the Customer Service Center operations.
  • Ensure timely collection and processing of documents.
  • Follow up with customers regarding documents collection.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service/administrative functions
  • Proficient in MS Office

Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
