Job Summary

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide day-to-day administrative support to the team at RB ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and performing general office duties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Assist with payroll, tax, and compliance tasks, as well as general accounting duties.
• Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum O levels with accounting or any diploma/degree.
• Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong sense of integrity and responsibility, with a positive attitude.
• Meticulous and detailed-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero.
