Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SERVICE CONNECTIONS HR CONSULTANCY PTE LTD. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and teams within the organization.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing administrative tasks such as typing, filing, faxing, and checking documents;
  • Providing reception and telephone support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails;
  • Liaising with various stakeholders, including parents, students, and school contractors;
  • Assisting with daily duties and other tasks as required.

Specific Job Responsibilities

Some specific job responsibilities of this role include:

  • Administering ingredients and supplies;
  • Checking stock levels and replenishing as needed;
  • Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and areas;
  • Purchasing items as required.

Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be working in a fast-paced office environment with frequent interaction with colleagues and clients. The working hours will be 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $1900 and $2390 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, paid annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
