Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Authentic Movement PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to clients and contribute to the success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction and Engagement:
    • Provide a welcoming atmosphere for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Membership Management:
    • Assist clients with sign-ups, renewals, bookings, and cancellations, ensuring seamless membership experiences.
    • Process payments and manage billing inquiries efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate membership records.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and report generation to support daily operations.
    • Manage studio inventory and merchandise, including ordering and restocking as needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Customer Feedback:
    • Collect client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance studio services and offerings.
    • Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives.
    • Acquire high-quality content, including videos and photos, to support marketing efforts.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with instructors, managers, and other staff members to foster a cohesive team environment.
    • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in basic computer applications, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive studio experience.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive employee benefits package.
