Commercial Officer cum Sales Lead

The Commercial Officer cum Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and personalized support.
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and after-sales service.
• Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts to management for review and decision-making.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and meetings to build brand awareness and establish partnerships.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by handling concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in business entertainment activities with clients as required.
Requirements
Applicants should possess a minimum N level qualification and have proven experience in sales and client relationship management. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks is crucial. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and data analysis is preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently are key qualities.
