Job Description
AIA Singapore Private Limited is looking for an experienced Administrative Support Associate to provide administrative support for policy renewals, endorsements, and servicing requests. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for policy renewals, endorsements, and servicing requests
- Reviewing, organizing, and submitting insurance claims online
- Maintaining updated client records, files, and correspondence (Softcopy)

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in insurance or claims processing, strong customer service and administrative skills, and excellent organizational skills.
