Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Total Performance Management administration team. Key responsibilities include data preparation and consolidation, promotion nominations, manpower expenditure and invoicing, compensation administration, and other administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Data Preparation and Consolidation: Prepare and consolidate data for TPM administration, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Promotion Nominations and Employee Queries: Respond to employee queries and assist with promotion nominations in accordance with company policies.
  3. Manpower Expenditure and Invoicing: Verify and compute accurate manpower expenditure associated with employee deployment/secondment for invoicing purposes.
  4. Compensation Administration: Compute and administer payments to employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  5. Develop SOPs and HRIS Data Cleansing: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compensation-related processes and assist in HR Information System (HRIS) data cleansing.
  6. Other Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as required by the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR administration is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
