Job Title: Manpower Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel administration functions including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and exit processes.
  • Process applications for sponsorship and entitlements such as allowances and medals.
  • Organize ceremonies and events including procurement and logistics support.
  • Serve as primary contact for administrative matters and manage daily staff inquiries.
  • Maintain comprehensive personnel records and manage distribution of official documents.
  • Process disciplinary cases and conduct quarterly organization-wide assessments including risk management activities.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work outside normal office hours during critical operations.
