Manpower Deployment Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manpower Deployment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the deployment of workers to construction sites based on project timelines and manpower needs.
You will also track daily attendance, working hours, and movement of workers across sites, ensuring seamless communication with HR.
The successful candidate will manage and update manpower records and reports regularly, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
In addition, you will coordinate with HR for recruitment, work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as support worker welfare and handle worker-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Assisting in arranging accommodation, transport, and other logistics for workers when required is also an essential part of the job.
As a Manpower Deployment Specialist, you may be required to visit work sites or dormitories, including at night if necessary.
A standard 5-day work week applies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access
- Knowledge of Construction, Data Analysis, Regulatory Affairs, Arranging, Freight, and Customer Service
