The role of a Manpower Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless deployment of workers to construction sites.

Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating the deployment of workers based on project timelines and manpower needs. This involves tracking daily attendance, working hours, and movement of workers across sites, liaising with the HR department as necessary.

The coordinator is responsible for managing and updating manpower records and reports regularly, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports. They also coordinate with HR for recruitment, work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.

In addition, they support worker welfare and handle worker-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Furthermore, they assist in arranging accommodation, transport, and other logistics for workers when required.

This role may require visiting work sites or dormitories at night if necessary, with a typical 5-day work week.

For this position, key skills required include data analysis, customer service, and regulatory affairs, with proficiency in software such as Tableau, Microsoft Office, and Excel. The coordinator must have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
