Job Title: Workforce Planning Specialist


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic workforce planning, scheduling, and coordination of workers to construction sites based on project timelines and manpower needs.


You will track daily attendance, working hours, and movement of workers across sites, manage and update workforce records and reports regularly, and coordinate with Human Resources for recruitment, work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.


In addition, you will support worker welfare, handle worker-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters, and assist in arranging accommodation, transport, and other logistics for workers when required.
