About Workforce Planning Roles

We are seeking an experienced workforce planning professional to join our team.

  • As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and allocation of resources.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in workforce planning and management. Strong analytical and communication skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and reviewing budget allocation frameworks and governance structures to support business needs and priorities. They will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between resource planning and strategic priorities.

This includes driving annual budget planning processes, providing guidance on budget requests, and evaluating budget effectiveness against corporate outcomes.

Budget Evaluation:

The successful candidate will provide objective evaluations of budget requests to ensure justified and prudent spending. They will work with stakeholders to handle budget-related queries and enhance the budget evaluation framework for improvements in process and analysis.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in workforce planning and management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
