Job Description:

Assist in manpower planning, financial management and workforce strategy to drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employer branding through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish hiring standards, selection criteria and job requirements (knowledge, skills and experience) to fulfill business plans.
  • Organise and participate in Career Roadshow, collaborate with e2i, WSG, SSG for recruitment-related events.
  • Sourcing, selecting, securing and onboarding suitable qualified people.
  • Employee Communication - grievances handling/ Feedback Channels
  • Managing Employee relations/ Workplace health, safety and security compliance programmes
  • Developing and implementing performance management framework, policies and completion of the Performance review cycles
  • Maintain proper records of performance reviews and ensure sensitive information is securely stored or destroyed for privacy and confidentiality.
  • Launch mid-year and year-end performance management exercises.
  • Gather feedback from new joiners about onboarding experience and take actions to address areas for improvement.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to assess current capabilities and areas of development required to deliver against the organisation's strategy.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing each pay period.
