
Manpower Executive/Asst Manager

As a Manpower Operations Officer, you will support Head Manpower in strategic planning and operational excellence while managing essential personnel administration functions. You will contribute to process improvements and ensure seamless delivery of manpower services that support our officers' career development and operational readiness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end personnel administration including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and exit processes
- Awards and welfare administration
- Process applications for sponsorship and various entitlements (e.g. allowances, medals)
- Organize ceremonies and events including procurement and logistics support
- Serve as primary contact for administrative matters, manage daily staff inquiries, and follow up on feedback from dialogue sessions and surveys
- Develop knowledge management guides and provide inputs for organizational reviews and restructuring exercises
- Maintain comprehensive personnel records, manage distribution of official documents, and oversee contact directories
- Process disciplinary cases, manage compliance systems, and conduct quarterly organization-wide assessments including risk management activities
- Manage deployment of officers, review manning distribution based on capabilities, and develop redeployment strategies for various operational scenarios
- Plan staffing for major events and operations while supporting concurrent operational demands
- Other administrative task as required by Supervisor.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Possess valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work outside normal office hours during critical operations / national events
- Candidates with policing or law enforcement background are strongly encouraged to apply
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Duration/ Working hours
1 year contract (Nov 2025)
42 hours per week
