Roles & Responsibilities


•Plan, schedule, and coordinate deployment of workers to construction sites based on project timelines and manpower needs.


•Track daily attendance, working hours, and movement of workers across sites. (liaise with HR)


•Manage and update manpower records and reports regularly (including daily/weekly/monthly reports).


•Coordinate with HR for recruitment, work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.


•Support worker welfare and handle worker-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.


•Assist in arranging accommodation, transport, and other logistics for workers when required.


•Visits work site or dormitory when needed, including at night if necessary.


•5-day work week.
