Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will manage the full spectrum of human resource and administrative tasks with a focus on foreign manpower management.


">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Work Pass & Compliance Management
    • Apply for and renew Work Permits S Passes Employment Passes and In-Principle Approvals (IPAs) for local and foreign employees.
    • Maintain records and ensure MOM compliance.
    • Prepare and submit documentation for audits and inspections.
    • Track and monitor pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Foreign Worker Administration
    • Manage worker accommodations/hostels including room allocations and facilities.
    • Coordinate transportation medical check-ups and insurance for foreign workers.
    • Handle payroll and levy submissions related to foreign manpower.
    • Maintain proper documentation for work-related incidents and disciplinary matters.
  • General HR & Administrative Support
    • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of local and foreign staff.
    • Maintain employee records contracts and leave management.
    • Coordinate company HR policies staff welfare programs and training.
    • Liaise with vendors government agencies and internal departments.
Requirements:">
  • 1–3 years' experience in HR or manpower administration preferably in engineering or construction.
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations Work Permit S Pass Employment Pass and IPA processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Preferred Attributes:">
  • Experience in foreign worker administration in Singapore construction/engineering sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
