**What the role is**
- You formulate communication and engagement plans to ensure that manpower policies and issues are well-communicated to MINDEF/SAF personnel.

**What you will be working on**
- You also support change management efforts for key manpower initiatives to facilitate employee buy-in and support them in making necessary personal transitions arising from organisational change. To achieve this, you engage MINDEF/SAF personnel to better understand their sentiments toward manpower issues and develop effective communication products that convey strategic objectives. Your challenge lies in identifying gaps in employees’ needs, working with policy owners to co-create solutions and explaining policy intent/processes in a way that signals care for employees. You will also need to engage a variety of stakeholders (e.g. employee groups and business domains) to bring them on board key manpower initiatives.
