**What the role is**
- As a Lead Manager, Strategic Manpower Planning in the HR Strategic Leadership Division, you will be an integral part of the team planning for the long term manpower needs of Singapore‘s mainstream education system. You will lead a small group of officers to review resourcing policies for schools and MOE Kindergartens, and harness workforce data to shape MOE’s manpower development plans.

**What you will be working on**
- Develop plans to attain the desired future workforce composition to meet the manpower needs of the education system - Determine the manpower resourcing needs arising from MOE’s programmes and initiatives - Formulate and review manpower resourcing policies for schools, covering various MOE staff groups including Education Officers, Allied Educators, Executive and Administrative Staff, and MOE Kindergarten Educators - Communicate resourcing policy changes to schools and develop strategies to help them manage operational challenges and transition issues - Construct manpower models to identify key challenges and opportunities in developing MOE’s workforce - Analyse workforce data for manpower trends to support formulation or review of HR and organisation development policies
