**What the role is**
- Reporting to the Deputy Director (Manpower Plans and Policy), you will lead the team to contribute in the development of manpower plans to meet current and future manpower requirements in MSD.

**What you will be working on**
- You will lead the team in the development, review and implementation of establishment and manpower planning framework and processes. Your team will also be developing and conducting manpower monitoring and analytics, as well as environment scanning to ensure the sustainability of the manpower plans. In addition, your team will participate in driving the organisation design and development efforts to ensure that the structure continues to support mission success.

**What we are looking for**
- You should have a tertiary education, preferably with at least 8 years of relevant HR experience and 2 years of management experience. You should possess strong strategic thinking, analytical, writing and verbal communication skills, and be a good team player.
