Assistant Director, Manpower Planning & Staffing
You will lead, manage and coordinate manpower planning and the delivery of robust, service-oriented and integrated staffing solutions for SCH. These include the development of creative and effective recruitment strategies, in conjunction with HR colleagues and other key organisational stakeholders, and the delivery of streamlined, accessible and effective recruitment processing and associated advice and transactional services.
In addition, the incumbent is responsible for assisting Chief Human Resource Officer in the planning and implementation of HR related projects in order to fulfil and support the HR's strategic objectives, including providing expert advice on HR matters relating to Manpower Planning, Staffing, Employee Relations and matters relating to the Employment Act.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably major in Human Resource or Business Administration
- At least 12 years of relevant experience with at least 6 years of managerial / supervisory experience
- Detailed and up to date knowledge of local employment laws and legislation
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
