Manpower Planning Professional

The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for executing manpower guidelines and directives in the review of manpower establishment requested by departments. This includes presenting justifications to the review panel for approval.

  • Execute manpower reviews in alignment with established guidelines and directives.
  • Work closely with departments on staffing needs and monitor staffing status to support organizational objectives.
  • Conduct strategic planning and projections to ensure a pipeline of adequate manpower to meet service requirements.
  • Manage position data in HR systems for accurate budgeting, hiring, and reporting.
  • Analyze manpower statistics, maintain dashboards, and submit reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Capital Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manpower review; Senior role considered for candidates with more experience.
  • Organizational perspective and understanding of organizational structure and position management.
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in report preparation and data management.
  • Experience with Success Factors is advantageous.
