Key Role

As a key member of the Industry Human Capital division, you will play a crucial role in driving EnterpriseSG's efforts to grow Singapore enterprises through talent development, leadership, and manpower strategies and capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing the impact of manpower policies with government agencies to ensure relevance to businesses while balancing larger national objectives.
  • Developing and implementing policies and programs to support enterprise manpower and talent needs.
  • Leveraging data to inform policy reviews and decision-making.

You will develop a broad perspective on national manpower and education policies and gain insights into talent challenges faced by companies. You will acquire skills in policy development, program design and management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Industry experience and/or knowledge of Singapore government manpower policies and programs is advantageous.
