Job Description

Our organization is seeking a results-driven Business Operations Strategist to drive growth and success in our operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, staying updated on consumer preferences and emerging food technologies, analyzing trends and areas for improvement in business operations, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about leading by example and taking a hands-on approach. The selected candidate will work closely with other departments to ensure overall business goals are met, conduct cost analysis, manage manpower, maintain equipment, and oversee process monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Stay updated on consumer preferences and emerging food technologies
  • Analyze trends and areas for improvement in business operations and provide strategic recommendations to enhance performance
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure overall business goals are met
  • Conducting cost analysis, managing manpower, maintaining equipment, and overseeing process monitoring
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have no prior relevant experience and be willing to take a career conversion path. You must be actively engaged and willing to lead by example, taking a hands-on approach to drive business growth and success.

This is a full-time job placement opportunity within the F&B and Food Manufacturing sectors, where you will receive on-the-job training (OJT) at the workplace to take on new roles with good career growth potential in the food sectors.
